What's Included

  • One-on One Focused Attention: The Movement ID is a 50-60 minute appointment with your doctor of physical therapy.

  • Analysis Of Posture & Movement: Your doctor will assess how you stand, sit, and walk to identify where your position and/or movements are off. We may even ask you to show us the movements that hurt, whether that's running, deadlifts, squats, etc. This starts pointing us in the direction of WHY the pain is there. (value $150)

  • Specific Testing (Identifying Underlying Cause): Specifics diagnostic and clinical testing tells us not only what's wrong, but shows us your unique pathway to fix the issue. If we find that hip flexor tightness is causing back pain, then we add this to our list of high priority areas to target. If hip weakness is causing a lack of stability at your hips and lower back and is causing back pain then your initial treatment may look like an exercise to start activating your hip muscles. ($150)

  • Initial Treatment: Your Movement ID is even more than just diagnostics. You'll receive your initial treatment for the main issue creating your pain. While we may identify multiple factors causing the pain, this initial treatment addresses the primary target so we can assess your response to that treatment. ($100)

  • Diagnostic Review: Your doctor of physical therapy will review the findings from your session so that you're clear on what's causing the pain, ie. muscle flexibility, joint stiffness, muscle strength, muscle coordination issue, etc. Typically you'll have a unique combination of these issues that leads us to a specific plan for you. ($100)

  • Plan To Get Better, Faster, Stronger For Longer: On top of all the information that you'll receive at your initial session, we'll show you the perfect plan to get you feeling better so you can crush your runs, workouts, and everyday life without pain getting in the way. (Priceless)
